I’ll give you a few options to choose from. The trial sessions are scheduled in the mornings from Monday to Thursday.

On Mondays I have limited availability in the morning. I can only do a hairstyle OR makeup trial – both are not possible.

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday are available for both services.

If you prefer your trial session in the weekend, Sunday is also an option. A surcharge applies here.

We will communicate thoroughly via email and partially video call to decide which style to try. Depending on the service you have booked, the time may vary. The trial session duration is 1.5 – 3.5 hours because I want to take my time and create the perfect style for you. I’ll take pictures of the final result for my notes, including what you like and don’t like so you can just sit back and relax on the wedding day.

You book me precisely because I come on location! It doesn’t matter if it’s at your house or a hotel or even your parents.

I start at 7:00 am at the earliest. Just as an example: if I start with make-up and hair at 7:00 am, you will be ready around 10:00 am, with your pick-up time or also your first look moment being 30-45 minutes later.

On average I spend about 2.5 – 3 hours doing hair and make-up. A make-up trial session lasts approx. 1 – 1.5 hours, the same also applies to just a hairstyle trial appointment.

A wedding touch-up refers to a second appointment with a stylist on the actual wedding day. For example, after the dinner, the stylist comes to the wedding venue to touch up the hair and makeup or to create a special evening look for the celebration. It ensures that the bride looks fresh and polished throughout the entire event.

Naturally you’d want to look radiant all day long. And feel that way too! You may want to adjust your bridal hairstyle or make-up for your second bridal outfit. It’s up to your schedule.

At your wedding I will make sure that you are ready in time for your moment. Since I’ve been doing this profession for more than 20 years, I speak from experience that it’s more pleasant for everyone including myself to integrate a buffer time. The buffer time is approx. 30 – 45 min. prior to your first look/ departure.

It occasionally happens that the customer feels unwell, too nervous, may have to help the child(ren) get dressed, pack things, have a quick snack in between, etc.

Such breaks affect my work time. To avoid running late, I’ll make sure we have some extra time before your pick-up moment.

To give you an example:

Start make-up & hair: 7:00 am – 10:00 am
Buffer time: 45 min
Partner pick-up time: 10:45 AM

Depending on your booking, you will receive the invoice approximately 2-3 weeks before the appointment or possibly immediately via email. This must be paid before the order. Upon receipt of payment, your booking / trial session is final.

There are no hidden costs. Everything is listed on the price list. The only things that could possibly be added are the surcharges for Sundays/holidays, parking costs or additional guest bookings – if applicable.

If you have booked me for bridal make-up & bridal hairstyle including a trial session, you pay in advance for the trial session. You pay half of the total amount (in this case bridal make-up & bridal hairstyle incl. trial session).

The other half of the total amount will be charged a few weeks before your wedding.

If you only want to purchase make-up OR hair after the trial session, the remaining amount for bridal make-up & bridal hairstyle incl. trial session will be charged – it’ll be half of that.

In total you then pay 3/4 of the original price for bridal make-up & bridal hairstyle including a trial session.

From the 4 services:
2x bridal make-up (1x trial session & 1x wedding) & 2x bridal hairdo (1x trial session & 1x wedding), I have then provided 3 services.

If you have doubts after the trial session and decide that you no longer want to use my services, then the appointment for the wedding will be canceled. You’ve only paid for the trial session. The costs incurred for the trial session are non-refundable.

I schedule everything months in advance. I want to be sure of you as a customer. You as a bride also want to be guaranteed that I keep your wedding date available.

In case of either illness, or accident I, Beautiful Morning can cancel the assignment partially or completely at all times. Invoicing will then be adjusted accordingly. For bridal assignments, Beautiful Morning has the availability of  several colleagues who could take over the assignment if necessary. However, a guarantee for availability can never be given. In the event of illness or accident, the other party cannot claim compensation from Beautiful Morning.

Yes, you can ask someone special to watch for feedback but please no more than 2 people.

Yes, that is possible. The additional fee is €109. Please let me know in advance so I schedule more time. 

An additional 45 – 60 mins will be added. We can do the second hairstyle during the same appointment or on another day if desired.

If you are unable to extend our trial session appointment in terms of time due to other plans for that day, please reschedule. A new trial session is €184.50

A hair donut is a sponge like hair filler that I may use to make your hair look fuller with a bun or other updo.

I’ll show you 1 hairstyle. We can slightly tweak it till you are 100% happy (for example, slightly more framing pieces or tighter curl). However, if you want a different hairstyle a surcharge is applicable.

At a second trial session appointment I will start again with prepping your hair. This takes time. This preparation is necessary so that you are 100% happy with the end result of your desired wedding hairstyle.

My advice to you is to request a 2nd style during the first trial session.

Beforehand you’ve sent me several examples. We also emailed one another what you like about those make-up examples. You then have 1-2 examples that I can now apply to one half of your face. The other half will be slightly different than your example.

The price remains the same. You choose whether or not to use the “wow effect” product.
